STN on the Web works with Netscape Navigator 4.x (on Windows 95/98/NT, Macintosh and UNIX platforms) and with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x/5.x (Windows 95/98/NT, UNIX). JavaScript must be enabled. All basic STN functionality, including structure searching, is supported. Other web browsers or versions may offer satisfactory access to the service, but are not directly supported.
