Is starving really the fastest way to lose weight?
ive tryed everything wen it comes to dieting and starving myself is actually wat worked the best, i ate 1 meal a day which was usually breakfast and then a cup of blueberries 4 lunch, i lost 10 pounds that week. if ur looking 4 about that much weight loss then its an idea to consider, but u have to work your way back up to eating normally slowly if you want to to that, cause then you will gain it back fast….but i didnt gain anything after, i actually lost another 2 pounds the week after…and then maintained it, but if you want to lose a lot of weight then you need a diet plan cause you cant just starve yourself for a long peirod of time…
