Is starbucks good or overpriced run of the mill coffee?
It costs a fortune, and it tastes burnt. That being said, Starbucks is and experience, not a cup of coffee; if all we were looking for was coffee, we could stay home and make it. Their genius is in the marketing of an atmosphere of small grandeur; even if our stocks are in the toilet and our mortgage is being called, a four buck cup of frappacino mendacino whackarino can temporarily make us feel like yuppies again…. Go to Dunkin Donuts. Their coffee is far superior.
