Unfortunately SRS5 is not compatible with the Vista operating system and there is no patch. This was explored in depth during the development process and was found to be a larger challenge than anticipated. This is one of the main reasons we plan to develop a platform independent, web-based system. We regret any inconvenience caused by not being able to update SRS5 computers to Vista.
