We sure are. All Spyder products displayed on this site are in compliance with 16 CFR 1610 (Standard for Flammability of Clothing Textiles). All Spyder children’s garments displayed on this site have been tested in accordance (and found to be in compliance) with the ASTM Standard for Drawstrings in Children’s Garments (ASTM F1816) and General Lead Standard (CPSIA Sec 101) Consumer Product Safety Commission laws and government regulations.
