I can find you somebody that hates any network, I guarantee it. I have Sprint and think their coverage is great for me, and also the cheapest option anybody has out there for data/txt/voice plans. It is a known fact that Sprint is the best deal out there and the rest of your decision comes from if you get good coverage or not. In terms of customer service, I have yet to have a bad experience. Your friends can think what they want, its ultimately how well you think you are treated and how good your coverage is with Sprint.
