Yes. Springboard is approved to issue Pre-petition Bankruptcy Counseling and Pre-discharge Debtor Education certificates in compliance with the bankruptcy code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an agency’s service. EOUST regulations do not apply to residents of North Carolina or Alabama. Springboard has not been approved in Alabama, New Jersey, North Carolina.
