Is spring of 2007 expected to be the earliest time that new industry can move onto the property?
Yes. The environmental contractor, Envirocon, plans to utilize the northeast portion of the site for staging materials and equipment and establishing a temporary field office. Roadways will connect this area to the repository on the southwest portion of the site and will be active until the repository is completed. Completion of the repository is the last activity planned for the site. Because these areas will be active throughout the project, it is not anticipated that any areas will be available for development by new industry until project completion which is projected to occur in the spring of 2007.
