• Although Sprague is not requiring that customers obtain TWICs, we are encouraging you to do so. Individuals who do not have a TWIC will need to check into the office for each visit to the terminal. This identifies the person as one that our terminal operators will need to monitor. Since there are monitoring ratios, you may need to wait to enter the terminal if there are several others on site who are also monitored. If the individual has a TWIC, there are no monitoring requirements, and the driver is free to load. • Sprague is requiring TWIC for all contractors and third party carriers.
