SpillCop is both. SpillCop provides a true automated solution to total environmental spill management by providing a single Internet application (the product). The service is our SRC or SpillCop Resource Center, this is a national center where SpillCop agents enter incident information such as the contractor s time and expense, incident activity, etc. on behalf of contractors, managing agents, and our clients.
