Is SpectraSan 24 safe to use in food prep areas?
Yes… and NO. Although independent laboratory clinical studies validate both the safety and efficacy of using SpectraSan 24 on food prep and food contact areas and surfaces, we have yet to receive our official authorization from the EPA. Therefore, we are not allowed to list this application on the label. We will notify all of our distributors as soon as we receive the EPA’s announcement and authorization.
