A. No, but KRS 194A.713 mandates that the lease agreement include information regarding personal preferences and social factors. BP. It is recommended that the ALC be able to demonstrate that its daily social activities address the general preferences of its clients, as required by KRS 194A.705. Conducting a written client survey may be a helpful tool to determine the clients’ general preferences, and also to show that activities tailored to respond to those likes do address the clients’ general preferences.
