To make any modification to your property including, but not limited to, a deck or patio, fence, hot tub, play equipment, landscaping, etc., you must comply with any and all ordinances set by the Village of Gilberts which includes obtaining any necessary permits. In addition, you must submit an Architectural Improvement Application for review and approval by the Home Owners Assocation.
