Is Sparkling Cider supposed to be served cold/chilled or warm at room temp?
For the toast, you want to serve the Sparkling Cider chilled on ice, or right from the ice box wrapped in linen. If your friend is considering refreshments prior to the reception or at the reception it’s self, she might consider using Sparkling Cider to make a nice punch. Sparkling Cider mixed with orange juice for a Mimosa type of refreshment, or other favorite juices with sliced fruit in a bowel. (Passion fruit of course!) Cheers!
