No, in order to keep the user experience with OpenBand’s e-mail platform and to prevent any message loss, spam filtering is not automatically enabled. However, customers are encouraged to login to the Web-Mail interface to review information about e-mail platform features and functionality, and to enable spam filtering for their respective accounts.
