Is Southern Highlands Too Isolated?
I realize that the title of this thread is subjective, but I’m looking for any and all info on the Southern Highlands area. (I’ve searched the forum and have read the old threads.) I have/had an offer on a property on a lake in Desert Shores, but after making the offer, getting countered, countering the counter, and getting countered again, I don’t think that we are going to come to an agreement, so I have begun looking at other properties for sale on the Internet. I came across a couple of listings in Southern Highlands that just seem phenomenally beautiful. These are houses that would go for a couple of million dollars back here on the East Coast, but are less that $500k out there.
