Is South Florida A good place to live with asthma?

I live in central Florida, and know TONS of asthmatic people. I have exercise-induced asthma as well. My only concern would be the humidity. It’s not humid all year long, but if you have an extremely sensitive respiratory system, that might put you in danger. Overall, Florida is laid out a lot differently than big cities in the rest of the US, like New York. I live right outside Orlando, which is a pretty big city, but there is very little air pollution even in the most dense parts of town, and the residential areas are pretty far away from any contaminated city air anyway. There’s no visibly dirty air like NY. Take a trip if you can, and see how you do. Preferably this would happen sometime between May and August, as this is when I would say the humidity is at its highest. This will be a good test of how your body would react, as everyone is different.
