• A • The normal working hours of this department are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. In the evenings and on weekends and holidays, personnel are on call to respond to emergencies. They are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. If you experience an emergency when the office is closed, please call the Ni River Water Treatment Plant at 540-786-2364.
