Is solipsism right? Is it really impossible to know anything for sure beyond all questions and doubts?

Skepticism is a failed philosophy. If you can’t know anything, how would you even know that is true? Skepticism ends in confusion and stays there. Solipsism is a foundation of truth that we build from. That is what Descartes describes. Logically there must be something else. If I have an experience there must be something to experience. If I’m a brain hooked to a computer, there is a computer and everything that entails. If an evil genus is tricking me, there is an evil genius and all that entails. So we know there is something else besides solipsism, but there are levels of doubt and certainty about what that is. The physical universe and God are much more likely than the evil genius or the super computer hooked to a brain.
