Is software to measure pilot performance available?

CGSD does not currently have performance measuring software, but writing such software is possible. Such software could measure a variety of things. It could measure the time it takes the pilot to react to a dangerous situation, measure his ability to keep the aircraft properly positioned with respect to the tanker, or measure almost any other performance parameter of interest.
