Most VFD manufacturers can provide such software. Free software is also available. ABB offers Energy Saving Tools: PumpSave for comparing AC drive control against throttling, on/off and hydraulic coupling control in pumps; and FanSave, for comparing AC drive control with traditional flow-control methods in fans.
