no, but long term usage makes it as addictive as heroin. And also, the withdrawals of cigarettes last about 5 days, as does heroin. That is probably why the 2 are linked together. But on the contrary, many heroin addicts use cigarettes to to try and keep them off of heroin, maybe just as the mild stimulant that they think that their bodies need.
