A. Smoking inside the condo is prohited as it is impossible to remove the smell once it is introduced to any home. Smoking on the patio can also travel into the condo. If one needs to smoke please do so away from the condo. The renter will be assessed additional fees if additional cleaning has to be performed because of smoke damage.
