No. It has been proven that this doesn’t make any difference.* Cotton mosquito nets do adhere more dust and are therefore less suited for people with asthmatic problems. Klamboe Unlimited also sells a few cotton models. These are (as of now) only available in the Klamboe store in Amsterdam, Holland. * This is only the case with the Klamboe Unlimited’s micro-polyester netting and definitely not for all synthetically made mosquito nets!.
