Is SKYPE the cheapest way to phone countries in north Africa?
With all the bundling deals that offer other things you pay for already as part of a package and offers catering specifically to long calls, lots of calls, etc. it’s impossible to say for sure, especially not knowing where you’re calling *from*, but within North America, Skype is ridiculously cheap. $2.95 a month for unlimited calling anywhere in NA (I’m trying to have my home phone permanently switched over to Skype for all long distance calls). The only thing which might be cheaper is some of the calling cards. You can Google for those (and read carefully; sometimes the first minute blows all of your supposed savings).
