Is sheer or full coverage better for red spots and acne?

I would definitely get full coverage, also a green concealer as well (Physicians Formula Green Liquid concealer works wonders for redness, however most cream/liquid green concealers should be fine. I hate the stick form though, the ones that look like lipsticks!). The green will neutralize the redness and the beige will help with blending. Do not put the beige straight on top of the bump, this will only emphasize it. Maybe search Youtube for concealing tutorials to help you perfect the application. Also, I recommend Tea Tree Oil (bought at drugstores) as a good spot treatment for Acne. Just use a Qtip and dab some onto the spot before yougo to sleep. HTH!
