The TV can receive high definition signals through the component video input, but this is still analog. Digital format comes through HDMI. Response time at 4ms is nowadays slow. If you plan to buy one, I’d go with other 37″ models out there. Panasonic and Sony both offer good 37″ LCDs. Cheers!
