Is setup time included in the ten-minute maximum time allotment for performances and documentaries?
No. Students will be permitted five minutes of setup time to place props and background scenes after distributing their title pages, 500-word process papers, and annotated bibliographies to the judges. Students will also be granted an additional five minutes to tear down their sets and to remove props/scenery before they respond to questions from the judges.
