Is Secular Music Against the Christian Ethics?
Most Christians try to eradicate anything at all which will stop them from serving God or that will pollute their sanctification as people of God. This is very good; nevertheless, we should be very careful not to restrict ourselves too much. Remember that the more the restrictions, the more the tendency of breaking the rules and if you act against what you believe is wrong, to you it is a sin. So, what about secular music? Yeah! What about it? Secular music is any song which does not directly talk about God or has lyrics which do not have religious meanings. The Christian way of Life is a practical one and it is very real. If you condemn secular music then you condemn anything secular in general. No more going to schools, ceremonies, engaging in politics, no more businesses etc. if this is absurd, so also in the case of secular music.
