The answer is simply, both. Scott Allen Development originated as a home builder and soon after, expanded its operations to include contracting home renovations. In 2008 Scott Allen Development incorporated a division of its company to cater to homeowners and realtors in need of small projects and repairs. This division, SAI HomeRepair, allows a wider range of services for our customers.
