Is SaveAfricaNow Inc. a religious or a political organization?
SaveAfricaNow has no political agenda, nor does it seek to influence governments or politics. Neither is it a religious organization, nor is it linked to any religious denomination. It operates as a humanitarian organization to empower orphans. It should be noted some of the leaders within SaveAfricaNow Inc. are affiliated with faith communities. David Youngren has for years been involved with churches and ministries, and has spearheaded several faith initiatives. David acknowledges the role of faith in his decision to start SaveAfricaNow. “In my situation, there is no question that my faith in Christ propelled me to love the people of Africa by seeking to end poverty and empower orphans. But everyone involved with our movement had a different journey that led them to take action. Our effort is not religious.
