Santa Claus has been dead many centuries, but was resurrected as a clever marketing scheme for the US Government in the 1800’s… there was an actual three-dollar bill that bore Santa’s image. The image was furthered by Coca-Cola in the 1930’s. The Easter Bunny is a fertility symbol used by pagans before Christianity came to Europe. Unfortunately, the Easter Bunny’s demise also led to a clever marketing resurrection. The Tooth Fairy is absolutely real. I met him in a night club. But the teeth seem like porcelain. I had to break the news about my not liking him very much gently.
