No. Sailor Uranus is 100% female. This rumor comes from some dialogue in the manga where Michiru/Michelle said, “Haruka/Amara is both male and female, having the best qualities of both genders.” This has led some fans to believe that Sailor Uranus is a hermaphrodite, being both female and male. This is not true. Naoko Takeuchi said at the 1998 San Diego Comic Convention that Sailor Uranus is and always has been female. When Michiru said this about Haruka, she was talking about Haruka’s special personality, masculine but yet be female.
