Is rush shipping available?
RUSH shipping is available for 35% of your item total, with a $30 minimum shipping charge. We use UPS for our rush shipping service, and you will receive your order in 4 business days or less. Please note that if you are shipping to remote area, where UPS does not offer daily service, we are not able to guarantee the rush service.
Not Currently Production and Shipping Time Once payment is completed, each handmade collar is made to your specifications. Processing time averages 4 to 10 days. If a delay of more than 10 days is expected, you will be contacted via email. If you are in a hurry please contact us at shipping@collargirl.com or call to arrange rush shipping at the number listed above. Custom orders can be expected to take 10-20 days between receipt of fabric and/or confirmation of custom order and shipment. Return & Exchange Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the items for refund or exchange, less shipping. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items for return or exchange must be received within 21 days of the original delivery date. If you desire an exchange for a different size or style of collar, please follow the above instructions. W
