Is Ruiz or Cejeda a common Filipino last name?

Ruiz is much more common, than Cejeda in my opinion. Spanish first, second etc. and last name are very common in the Philippines, as they used to be one of Spanish territories. Since the Spaniards there also spreading Christian faith in the country, they had given them Spanish names. But, eventhough Philippines were once a Spanish colony, only 3% or less, of the Filipinos have Spanish blood in them and most all Filipinos are pure Filipino or probably mix with other Asian races. The same like Hong Kong (now under China), eventhough Hong Kong was a territory of the British Empire for hundreds of years, not many of the people in Hong Kong has British blood. Most of them are also pure Chinese Hong Kong. PS: evenhough Filipinos have Spanish first. last names, they are also plenty of native Filipinos native ones eg.
