Yes, R&R leave is chargeable to the Service members leave account. Total R&R leave time will not exceed 15 days including travel time. Personnel traveling to CONUS receive 11 days chargeable leave with 4 days of travel. Personnel traveling to Europe receive 13 days chargeable leave with 2 days of travel.
