RoF is not an ICFS replacement. It is a tool to provide simplified pricing, contracts and processes for our Sellers, both IBM Global Financing and non-IBM Global Financing. Business Operations and Pricing staff will use ICFS to incept Won transactions and to perform non-standardized pricing for transactions that pend out of RoF.
