NO! Riza is not intended to compete, BUT instead, complement Luka. Riza comprises of advanced techniques to achieve proper voice projection and (hopefully) ethnically-native pronunciation. Luka can also benefit from such techniques, after all. The same can’t be said for Ruko, since she’s on a different system.
