Is ring training the answer to complete body conditioning?
No single form of exercising does it all. Working out with rings is a form of body weight exercising, which primarily works the upper body and core musculature. When ring training is combined with cardiovascular training (such as running) and weight training it provides a complete fitness solution that can challenge the entire body. We recommend that to complement ring training, you perform additional exercises to focus upon the leg, hip and back muscles to ensure a well rounded body routine.
