A. Ridgeview Valley is as good an area as any for having a rental home. The rental market is very diverse. People who visit the Deep Creek Lake area are looking for all kinds of places to stay for their vacation. They may want a location next to the water, or a place with a view or a spot in the woods or large enough accommodations to house their group. Price is often a determining factor. The size of the house, safety, what to do on a rainy day, closeness to restaurants, etc, are all factors. Ridgeview Valley offers pretty much everything except the lake side option. Much of it therefore depends on what kind of house you offer.
