Is Richard Dawkins the antichrist?
Richard Dawkins is a rare entity these days. He is a rational person that has thought through religion and religious claims and has enough guts to explain his view. He should be declared a national treasure by Great Britain. I have read his last book “The God Delusion” several times and learn more every time. He is not the anti-christ and one of the answerers got it right, he does have a tee shirt that reads “Atheists for Christ”. He believes Christ did much to ameliorate the damage of the Old Testament. Christ didn’t do much for family values or reducing people’s dependence on religion but he did free people from the constraints that kept the Jews a primitive group of tribes. I would encourage all religious people to read Dawkins and Hitchens. They need to see other arguments for evolution and against dogmatic religion. The truth will set them free.
