Reuters was one of the independent news outlets. As the writer of the above article noted, Reuters is slowly taking the path of the BBC, which has by now is irrelevant for Ethiopians. Ethiopians used to talk about BBC news years back when BBC was seen as an independent news agency. Unfortunatly BBC almost stopped any kind of negative report about the dectator Meles Zenaw and now is seen as dead by many Ethiopians. No one talks about BBC anymore. If Reuters want to follow the path of BBC and create a totally false epression of Ethiopia as if there is some how democracy in the country, then let them do that. But they will just be seen as another mouthpiece of the hated dictatorial regime and be dumped by Ethiopians as BBC to join the irrelevant news outlets.
