“No, in emerging countries (Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand, for instance) most general personnel staffing agencies call themselves “executive search.” To their credit, many of these firms are ideal for hiring non-management personnel since this is their field of focus. However, they have little knowledge of senior management requirements of multinational corporations.
