Various departments/organisations are involved, including the Consortium (see above) and the various councils. At the moment, reponsibility for much of the development lies with the developers, and will continue to do so until the area has been adopted by the District and County Council. The Parish Council has discussed the possibility of employing its own groundsman to maintain certain areas of the village once adoption has taken place. However, the Consortium will remain responsible for certain areas of the development, e.g. the Riverine Corridor, for several years. The Parish Council is reponsible for trees, footpaths, benches, landscaping, dog bins…
