Is Resolve Creation of Uganda Government?
Comment: I am now beginning to believe that Resolve Uganda is a creation of the Uganda Government. How can the director of Resolve Michael Poffenberger start explaining words that are in black and white and tell us that the bill is to highlight what has been happening in Acholiland as if we are fools? This bill was written by the state house in Kampala and Resolve Uganda was probably paid to peddle it. Let us not be fooled here. More war is not the solution to this 23 year old murder of Acholi kins.
