Is repeated lying in a court declaration considered contempt of court?

0

My ex daughter in law has filed a 6 page declaration that is filled with lies to try to overturn an order that granted my son physical custody. There are so many lies it is difficult to respond to. There are documents that prove the lies. He has given her extra visitation that was not court ordered and keeps trying to work with her but she refuses to work with him. The last problem is her saying I can have visitation with my grandson and then when he asks about the time frame she decided not to allow the visit. He set up counseling for my grandson, now since she did not want him to go she says in her documentation he has made unilateral decisions without her consent. He is wearing down because of all the problems she causes.
