Is Rem Koolhaas Naughty? Saturday September 5, 2009 Poor Rem Koolhaas. Nothing has gone right for the Pritzker Prize-winning Dutch architect since he designed the CCTV Building in Beijing, China. First there was that fire that gutted the north part of the building. And now a lot of people in China are saying that the CCTV building is pornographic because the tower and the open-wide arch look like… well, you know. Me, I don’t see it.
