Is regional anesthesia, such as an epidural or spinal, better than doing general anesthesia during a D&C, hysteroscopic surgery in patients with hypertension?

I’ve had 2 epidurals with C-section proceedures several years ago and general anesthesia a year ago for the same type of surgery indicated above. I would rather do regional but leary about hypotension.
