Is refund or re-do of my photobook available once ordered?
Sorry, refund is not applicable to photobook ordered. UR Photo had always provided high quality products and avoid manufacturing defects. UR Photobook is made with delicate craftsmanship and fine quality. To provide better customer service, if customer is not satisfy with production quality of photobook ordered, please contact us by phone or email within 14 days after receipt of product. We will assess condition of the product and provide repair or re-do of product that does not meet our standard. * UR Photo is not responsible for problems arising from files submitted by customers including errors or spelling mistakes, grammatical mistakes, poor photo quality, and low-resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please therefore preview your photobook carefully before placing your order. The photobook will be printed as they appeared in the Preview Page. Proofreading service will not be provided.
