We do both. RedCart is available by download for a one time fee and is also available for a monthly fee where we host it on our servers. The operation and function is exactly the same no matter which option you choose. However, we do not overload our servers with more accounts than it can handle so you can bet that your cart will operate fast if you go the monthly route!
